1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit of 40% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The balance payment must be made at least 30 days prior to the tour start date.
• If you book within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.

2. Cancellation Policy

• All booking cancellations should be communicated in writing, preferably by email or letter.
• The following cancellation charges apply:
  • More than 45 days before tour start: Full refund minus administrative fees.
  • 30–45 days before tour start: 30% of total tour cost.
  • 15–30 days before tour start: 50% of total tour cost.
  • Less than 15 days before tour start: 100% of total tour cost.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days.
• In case of flight cancellations, delays, or missed connections, refunds will be subject to airline policies.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

• Tour inclusions (accommodation, meals, transport, guides, entry tickets, etc.) are specified in your itinerary.
• Personal expenses (laundry, tips, phone calls, extra meals, shopping, minibar, etc.) are not included unless otherwise stated.
• Travel insurance, visa fees, international flights, and medical expenses are not included in the package price.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering trip cancellations, health emergencies, accidents, and baggage loss.

5. Passport & Visa

• All travellers must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the tour start date.
• Obtaining the required visa(s) for India is the sole responsibility of the traveler.
• Luxury India Tour is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to visa/passport issues.

6. Health & Safety

• Travelers must ensure they are in good health and able to join the trip.
• Please consult your doctor regarding vaccinations or health precautions before visiting India.
• Any allergies, medical conditions, or dietary requirements must be communicated in advance.
• Luxury India Tour is not responsible for medical costs incurred during the trip.

7. Itinerary Changes & Delays

• While every effort is made to follow the confirmed itinerary, unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, political unrest, natural disasters, traffic, government restrictions, etc.) may require changes.
• Luxury India Tour reserves the right to amend, substitute, or cancel parts of the itinerary if necessary.
• Delays caused by airlines, railways, or local transport are beyond our control.

8. Liability

• Luxury India Tour acts only as a tour operator and is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, guides, etc.).
• Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Indian law and courts.
• It is the traveller’s responsibility to safeguard their luggage and valuables throughout the journey.

9. Conduct & Responsibility

• Travellers are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and laws during their journey.
• Any behavior that threatens the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of fellow travellers may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.

10. Force Majeure

Luxury India Tour shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.

11. Special Requests

• Any special requests (dietary needs, room preferences, assistance requirements) must be made at the time of booking. Although we try our best to meet special requests, we cannot promise availability.

12. Photography & Marketing

• Luxury India Tour may use photographs or videos taken during tours (without disclosing personal details) for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify us in writing before the tour begins.

13. Acceptance of Terms

When you confirm your booking with Luxury India Tour, it means you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
